During the Spring term 2021 the school council have thought about pupils preferred learning styles, conducting a pupil survey which has helped develop our teaching styles at Golden Hill. The council has also arranged for Ralph, a King Charles Cavalier spaniel, to visit school on two occasions – including organising a risk assessment for the dog’s visit and a timetable for caring for Ralph’s needs during the visit.
The school council also arranged a portrait competition for the pupils in relation to World Children’s Mental Health Day on 1st February 2021. The competition focused on pupils expressing themselves and depicting something they really enjoyed such as dancing and singing.
