Ann Vaughan

Ann has over 15 years’ experience of working with children who display challenging behaviour.

During this time, Ann has worked in many different educational settings.  These include residential and respite settings for children with Autistic Spectrum Condition and Physical Disabilities, mainstream and pupil referral unit settings.

The experience Ann has gained has been working not only directly with the children, but also supporting the families.  Ann has worked under the ‘Working together with Families’ programme supporting vulnerable families who have experienced difficulties as a result of Domestic Violence, drugs and alcohol misuse, parental mental health difficulties, unemployment and housing/financial needs.  Ann has delivered ‘positive parenting’ classes and ‘incredible years’ to the families she has worked with.  Throughout this work, Ann has been involved heavily in the CAF and TAF process.
